Sole Proprietorship Businesses
One Person Company
Partnership firms and Limited Liability Partnership companies or firms
Various Associations
Private Limited Company etc.
Eligibility criteria for the role of Director and principal officers are as follow
He must be an India Citizen.
He must be a major or attained the age of majority
He must have sufficient financial resources to run the business
He must have a clean-handed or innocent track record
